Website use
1.1 All images, logos and coding contained within this website are the property of Michael Azzopardi. The images, logos and coding may not be copied, displayed, 'hot-linked' or used in anyway without first obtaining prior written permission from Michael Azzopardi. Failure to obtain permission is breach of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and legal action shall be taken in all occasions.

Licensing
2.1 Upon full payment of agreed fees a license will be issued for image use which will detail all permitted use assigned to the client.

Commission
3.1 Any commission undertaken will be based on agreed fees and terms prior to accepting a booking. Cancellations fees are applicable. Full details upon request.

Copyright
4.1 All images, logos and coding contained within this website are protected by copyright. The copyright sole-owner is Michael Azzopardi. All rights are reserved.

Services/Products
5.1 Once you have placed an order for any products or services through our website (including any order for printing services), the order will not be treated as having been accepted until you receive confirmation from us that this is the case. This confirmation may be provided by email or post.
5.2 We have the right to extend delivery time, at our sole discretion, as required due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control including currency fluctation.
5.3 Photographs will be delivered via 1st class recorded delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to take delivery of the photographs. Failure to do so, resulting in returning the photographs to sender shall incure a further charge for re-delivery. This charge will be variable dependent on location of buyer.
5.4 The decision as to whether to accept any order from you is at our sole discretion.
5.5 To maintain continuity of service we reserve the right to use alternative photographic paper products in the production of printed items, to those stated on our websites.
5.6 We will use our reasonable endeavours to reply promptly to all correspondence. Such reply may be by email or by post.

Legal
6.1 A full written copy of all terms and conditions are available upon request.

These terms (and the provision of products and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with English law. In the event of any dispute arising in relation of these terms or in relation to the provision of any products and services by us the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or other relevant country.
